Client Testimonials

"Debra's passion for photography shines through her work. Deb has photographed my band several times. Each photo she took showed the energy and excitement of our live shows. Deb's eye for the right angle, her timing for the perfect shot and creativity is second to none." - Joe Tertel, Lead Singer JT and The Mild Heat

"Debra combines several great virtues in a photographer. She's easy to work with, makes sure to get you photos promptly, and she is adept at different styles.
Her photos have been used on several of my professional comedy sites after she took event photos at shows. She found wonderful ways to capture expression and emotion. I'd highly recommend using her services." -Andy Shaw, Comedian

"Working with Deb was AWESOME! Her super laid back personality and fantastic eye was exactly what I needed for head shots for my business. And she was quick too--I received my photos within hours of them being taken--wow! I would strongly recommend Deb for any and all of your photography needs!"-Aletheia Schmidt, Artist, Teacher, and Spiritual Director

"I met Deb at a Creative First Friday event that was held at my facility. Deb's high energy, creativity, and passion, far surpasses most other photographers and bloggers that our company, "Lancaster Dental Arts", has ever met. We were instantly attracted to her ideas and expertise in her field and her ability to work on assignments and multitask in the most organized, professional way. Deb is hard working, dedicated, and cares about her clients as family. We enjoy working with Deb on all of our Artist events and consider her a huge part of our success for our First Friday Events." - Lisa Colombo, Business Development/Medical Marketing

"I have known Debra Schell for several years and met her during her employment at Press and Journal. During that time, she photographed several events for the library I work at. She has always been pleasant and professional in her dealings with me and the rest of my staff. I invited her to be a guest speaker for our “What’s It Like” Teen Career Series and she was very encouraging and supportive to the students wanting to learn more about a career in photography. In addition, she has photographed my dogs on several occasions and I have always been impressed with the perspectives she has been able to capture. I’ve had my dogs photographed several times by different photographers; however, Debra is able to truly capture their individual personalities. She is passionate about her work and always a pleasure to deal with. I have referred her to several clients and friends and will continue to do so." - Christine Porter, Actress and performer for The Ned Show

"Deb has done an amazing job of documenting several non-profit events that I have been a part of - She's taken high-energy, fun photos of instructors and participants at Zumbathons®, and she also has taken awe-inspiring scenic photos during our annual wine tour. After each event, she made her photos available for participants to view and purchase online. For any non-profit (or even for-profit) event planners, I would recommend that you include Debra Schell Photography as added value for your event participants!" - Adrienne Thoman, ®Zumba Instructor
